DeleteIf you want to train more people then make this process easy. Sometimes website did not open, Sometimes net becomes so slow.this is govt site and govt has all resources.with this many problems occur. Make the process simple and easy which is in the range of maximum people.

Where the problem is you know in roots and where the roots are in govt institutions. Solve the issue. Then your message reaches to all otherwise all work ruined.
