: I agree with the above statement because fail means repeat and
cheating means getting reward by using illegal sources. You cannot apply your
education in practical life if you get a degree by cheating.
In other words, how can a cheater compete with a hard worker
in real life? Fraudulent
success is temporary and he sees success only then, but momentary failure gives
him another chance to improve again, which enables him to recoup his success
the next time around and apply it in practical life. While the deceiver seems
to have failed miserably in real life
Example: A doctor who got his degree by cheating, he will
not have the facility to face any difficult situation while patients are crying for
treatment. Then, I can say that his degree is only a paper

Answer:
I think when we read a book, we can write something about it
so I think that statement is correct.
Only by reading can we know about a title, what is possible
and how it is possible. Then we are able to write to tell someone about it
Reading is essential to becoming a good writer. A writer
cannot give knowledge to his reader until he is fully aware of a subject.
Otherwise, his writing would be meaningless to others
